Taking calculated risks has always been the common thread in my life.

From racing downhill in a go-kart as a child to launching a new business or managing a complex project—I’ve always embraced risk, but only when my heart was in it.

I firmly believe in the balance between heart & mind. And for that, you need passionate customers and colleagues. Change never happens on its own—it requires passion and hard work to make it a reality.

This principle has guided me throughout my career. The ability to quickly make the right decision, combining available information with both heart and mind, has helped me achieve significant milestones. After being named Best Consultant in Europe, I went on to win the title of Best Consultant Worldwide—a recognition built on this very approach.
